Text of Complaint by Jonih-Anne Genciane:

I received this message from my WhatsApp number on Oct. 15, 2023

“Good Day po.
It’s a pleasure to contact you🥰.
My name is Carmelita Jasmine the recruiter for AJ marketing Philippines, We got your number from, Job search/ LinkedIn,,Can you work from home with us by follow and liking , for part-time as a freelancer, With an attractive salary of PHP1000 to PHP2000 daily,
Would you like to know more details about the job?”

I got intrigued with the message because the job offer is to only “follow and like” and since I have a hybrid-type of work, I can manage my time by doing that while working at home as well. This the next message she sent:
“We work with Google merchants and they pay you to increase there online Visibility and popularity, Your role is to Review,comment and Rate us 5 stars. For you to have a better understanding, I’ll give you a task to test your understanding. You will be rewarded with 50P Immediately after completing it.”

So I completed the task just to know if money will really be sent to me after completing it. And I received 50 Pesos.

After that this is the next message:
“Okay as we are preparing to pay you, there are 20-30 similar tasks distributed on Telegram every day and you can earn more than PHP1000-2000 every day, add our receptionist for more similar tasks.Do you want to earn more extra income ? open your telegram now”

I contacted “Receptionist Andrea” and she gave me 3 tasks and she paid me 120 Pesos for that. I started out late in the day so I only managed to finish 15 tasks from the normal 27 tasks per day. I received total of 600 Pesos and the last 3 tasks was paid the next day.

The next day Task # 6 given was: “The prepaid task is that our company cooperates with the GATE trading platform (GATE is a trustworthy, safe, stable and reputable blockchain asset trading platform) to help the digital currency platform increase traffic to increase the value of digital currency in the market . Our company is a group consisting of production, information technology and digital marketing.”

“For example, the amount you choose is PHP1000. You need to recharge PHP1000 first, and the profit is 20%. After completing the task, you can withdraw PHP1200. The operation is very simple. You will get one-on-one guidance and teaching, and the money will be returned within 20 minutes. To you.”

And since I am new and do not want to risk a lot, I went with Task A which is:
to Deposit an amount of 1000 Pesos to the nominated account, and 1200 Pesos will be the refunding amount

I was kind of nervous as this was not the original offer to me but the profit was promising. And luckily, I received it back as 1560 Pesos with commision. And I would like to add that after I chose Task A, she referred me to Task Manager “Colby” who will assisted me to use the workmingle.top site.

When we reached Task 12, instruction was same but with higher amount of 3000 Pesos with a refund amount of 3600. As I wanted to complete the end of the day and get the additional 5000 Pesos bonus (if tasks 1-12 will be completed), I risked and took the task. I went back to the Task Manager “Colby” and provided us this instruction of orders.

① Remember not to miss orders, make wrong orders, or make multiple orders. The system will automatically judge, causing data trend fluctuations and causing merchants’ interests, and the consequences will be at your own risk.

When we reached Order 3, it requires us to deposit 38000 Pesos on the nominated account. And I had completed it.

Unfortunately, since I had risked my 3000, 12000 and 38000 Pesos respectively, I wanted to complete it to get the money back.

After a struggle on funds, I was able to manage to complete it, but when the withdrawal process starts, it became complicated. In the end, I had lost another 70k Pesos and the “Treasurer Gephil” advised me that before I could withdraw the 70k Pesos, I need to deposit 100% on what is on my account as it got “frozen”.

Note: 70k consists of my own money 3k,12k, 38k and the rest is “promised commission”.

Please help us victims to find these culprits so they will not scam people anymore. If its also possible to help us get our money back, in which, I’m afraid will be a losing battle. Is there a way to bypass this workmingle.top system? Please, help us.
