I am rahul chadha and few days back I got a call from the company THE PLACEMENT JOB that claims as an organization that allocates freelancing projects that can be done via work from home .
I undertook the project and signed the contract to finish 550 forms in 5 days and as I could not finish the work in 5 days ,I took an extension of 1 day after I paid the penalty of 1180 and submitted my work on 13th june 2021 before the allocated time framework.
While I was waiting for my compensation ,I received a call from 9558674833 and 7509390101 who claims to be an advocate Vijay Rathod from indore threatening me to pay 6490/ as a penalty as according to them out of 550 forms only 350 forms were correctly filled by me or they will send me a legal notice.
Its a big scam to exploit the sincere unemployed youth who are seeking freelancing projects and are being duped by these scamsters.
I inncesantly worked hard and alao paid 1180 as a penalty while seeking extension. The data that I entered was not easy but complicated and I sat for long hours and double checked with a hope that they will pay me .Mine is not the only case ,there are many like me who have been duped and harassed by these scamsters. PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS AGAINST THESE CULPRITS WHO ARE A BLOT ON THE SOCIETY.I am damn sure that the harassment will continue and there are many innocent youth who will be exploited by this fake organization.
