I would like to register a complaint regarding airtel’s so called fastest 4g service of india, 2 days back I got my connection changed to 4g and did recharge of 499 (
2Gb/day+unlimited calling). Since then i could not use even a single KB of daily limit due to your god damn 4g service and when I called in costomer service @198 their folks say that there are some network problem in your area and that will be ractified in few days (no exact timeframe/deadline), asked me to wait, I mean why should I wait, i have paid for the service to use it right now, not to use after few weeks or months, if I had to use later I would have done racharge that time only, also I checked around and got to know that same is problem is going on for a quite long. Airtel just promise to provide best network but do nothing, honestly airtel stands nothing in front of JIO.
Please take appropriate action and have my money refunded.
