I have ordered a Woohoo fashion gift card in which they mentioned that gv will work for 25 brands including BRAND FACTORY but it didn’t as per tnc. So I asked them to cancel one gv of worth 5000rs and refund my money back. They have cancelled the gv and not processing the refund.
Also I have placed many Woohoo E-gift cards of worth 1000rs each, in that they cancelled 22gv gift cards of each value 1000rs and provided refund only for 14 gift cards.
