Subject: Complaint about Refund Delay for Woodland Online Store Order OR-2683561
On 5th February 2023, I placed an order with Woodland for a pair of Cashew Brown casual shoes for Men (Order ID: OR-2683561, Item: FGCOH9034931A 003) priced at 2277 INR. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations, prompting me to initiate a return through their customer care.
To my surprise, I was informed that I had to bear the shipping expenses for the return, which I reluctantly accepted and shipped the product back to their address. They provided me with a return order ID, and I was assured that my refund would be processed within 15 days.
However, it has now been nearly 4 months since I shipped the product back, and Woodland has yet to refund my money as promised. Despite my attempts to follow up with their customer support team, I have received no satisfactory response, and the situation remains unresolved.
This delay in the refund process has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. As a result, I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can help facilitate communication between me and Woodland to ensure a timely resolution to this matter.
