This is to inform you that, I want to cancel my order no OR-2045528 which I placed on 1st July 2020. Till yet it has not been delivered to me.
I ordered Olive Green sandal of size 43, but later the order was modified by wooland and converted to Brown colour, which I was unaware.
I tried to contact customer care, but no one responded. Even though I wrote many mails regarding the same but there was no response. I don’t know what woodland Customer care executive are doing. They are not able to reply a mail too.
I tried to cancel the order on woodland website, but it’s not accepting my cancellation request.
Requesting you sir to cancel me order (OR-2045528) and refund my money at the earliest without any delay, so that I can place a new order.
