Dear Sir/Madam,
Yesterday(5/11/2020) , jio deducted the data balance without using the at 5am. I woke up yesterday at 6am. I checked the news and turnoff the data. In my mobile , i don’t have whatsapp and facebook apps. Auto updates option google playstore and phone updte is also disabled. In my family , no one used my mobile as they don’t know how to use it and they don’t know the lock pattern as well. By tthe way iam a technie , i know how to use the dfferent options in mobile , internet and all. Yesterday , 2 times i called the jio care regarding this issue , but i didn’t received proper resoultion from them , i asked them connect me to their higher officials. One of the represenative told , they support person will call , but till now i didn’t received any call. Today , i called the jio appelated authority , no one respond to my call (i called at 9:35AM).
From past 6 months , i am complaining about the slow internet issue. The resposnse from them is we are working on it. But , till now no resoutions for this also. Jio care representatives are giving just the pre prepared answers.
I request you to please look into this issue and make sure them to this kind of issues should not happen to others as we are paying them to the services , it is their basic responsibility to provide quality services.
