I would like to inform you that I purchased a Realme GT Master Edition Mobile under Order ID : OD123022761263127000 on dated 05.10.2021. Same was delivered to me by Courier partner on 09.10.2021.
The product has a defect so I raise a replacement request for the same with replacement No. 12202314154700611342. Then I Completed Trouble shooting from Flipkart end and Technical visit also happened then I got replaced Product on date 20.10.2021.
This Replaced Product also has more issues compared to the previous product. So I got a huge disappointment so I raised a return request for the same with return request No. 12202316486136927684. Then I completed Trouble shooting from Flipkart end of the line. Then a Technical Visit is scheduled but without technical visit the seller is rejected my return request No. 12202316486136927684 dated 23.10.2021.
Then Again I complained in Flipkart Customer care and raised a new Return Request No :12102318378038580812. Same like previous without technical visit the seller rejected my return request No. 12102318378038580812 dated 30.10.2021.
Then again and I complained in Flipkart customer care the apologies me and they assured me on or before 3 November 2021 the technical visit will happen. Then a new return request was created Return Requested No : 12102324291123553425 dated 01.11.2021.
This time also same thing happened to me . Without Technical visit the seller cancelled my request.
