Vodafone without our consent upgraded our postpaid plan. And, when we finally ported out they deactivated our number showing an outstanding balance of Rs. 17, due to which our no. got permanently disconnected without prior intimation and employee Lakhbir of vodafone store, Batala-143505, distt gurdaspur, Punjab forced us to pay amount online and wasn’t giving us print out of no outstanding balance. He tried to harass us to pay more amount and was forcing us to get the new sim from him, which I didn’t. Vodafone can’t permanently disconnect our sim without prior intimation of outstanding baalance.
