I am shashank kaushik and my grand father received a order which was helmet mount and he was paid Rs 955. He was received that order just because in the cover page their was our home details or my name and the delivery boy says to my grand father this product belongs to your family members and you have to receive it .According to my knowledge no one my friends or family member order this product and this is useless for me so please take it return back and refund my money back. on the same day i was complain regarding this issue to customer support amazon (9th.Nov.2021) And they told me that they resolve my problem asap. But when they can’t resolve this and i was coordinate with them again they refuse and told me they can’t return back this order.
i want to file a case against amazon because they are not take return this product and not given my money back and they are asking me those details which are not mentioning on the box.
I personally believe that amazon make the fraud with their client, they order a product by itself and on the shipment they not write a order id, or who order that product completely missing and when we asking for return they asked asked those details which are not mention on box and due to this they refuse my request.
My request to you please help me on same issue.
