Dear Team,
Without my notice money has been debited 28 times from 1st August to till date by an unknown person through unknown PAYTM account. I have not been intimated any of these transaction through “SMS ALERT” in my registered mobile number +91 8608181632. But I am receiving “SMS ALERT” whenever I debit an amount in ATM using my debit card.
Hence I need the complete transaction details from 1st August to till date to trace the fraudulent and for further investigation.
1. I have raised a service request with IDEA Customer support department SR 1-248238708633 requesting my complete SMS history from 1st August 2018 to till Date to trace the fraudulent. But still I did not receive anything regarding the same.
PFA1 : The Fraudulent issue is also forwarded for further investigation from IOB Bank Customer Service Department.
PFA2: I have also this issue to Tamil Nadu Police and which is now forwarded to CCB –> Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch –> Bank fraud Wing.
PFA3: Complaint also raised through Standardised Public Grievances Redressal System – IOB
PFA4: Approached ONE97 COMMUNICATION PAYTM Office T-Nagar Chennai and raised complaint to trace the fraudulent.
