This is Thilagam from chennai, i visit bazulla road airtel showroom, i missed my sim card so that i ask new sim, am using 999 plan for 5 sim card, but i have used last 2yrs only 2sim, am having 4sim which not use but i paid for 999 5sim plan only, i ask mr srinath shall i imclude 1more sim he said ok then i sharedy sim & id proof, without my knowledge he has changed my plan & charge extra amount for add for add that sim, next month has came extra rs.150 i didnt see that bill report & i thought thats any finance charges, afterthat month i got nearby rs1600 bill then i called customer they told u have change the plan i said i dont know when it was happened & i cant pay that amount unneccersary they said ok mam will inform to that branch they will retify, then i got call from mr nagaraj branch managet of bazulla road he said this is their mistake we will refund that amount, but afterthat no response from him then i contact again customer more than 3time no one give proper answer, finally i visit again that showroom on that time nagaraj said u pay whatever ur actual bill now, that extra chareges srinath will takecare but still i getting outstanding of rs 500 something if not pay will diaconnect the line, again we try reach nagaraj & srinath both are responding to our call, kindly give me some solution for this really am depressed for everyday, pls shortout this problem
