Text of Complaint by HIMANSHU KUMAR THAKUR:

Delivery Partner ID is blocked due to frequent cancellation.

ORDER ID: FE3506641

Customer Ordered (Masala Dosa and Onion Dosa) but while I was on my way to deliver I was raining too much and
I met an accident due to this my order got damage due to a car ran away over the order i told all these incident to zomato support and they canceled the order and after that they blocked my ID in reason to frequent cancellation which is not true..

Here what i’m DELIVERY PARTNER what i done wrong why ZOMATO blocked my ID. Is this right way process.

This is second time done for me. If I contact Team Leader they talked to me unnecessary word to me. I have proof of call records.

Kindly help me for this process. It will help in future for all DELIVERY PARTNERS.
