Text of Complaint by Naresh dalari:

I am flipkart customer i got call from flipkart and provided my order details which i placed earlier and futher he mentioned we have received two order same items and to ship you need to confirm this and i said yes first time my payment was not processed so i was ordered again . To confirm his authentication i asked order id he said order id and product names and to cancel that product you need to tell cancel code and i have said otp which i received. Immediately my account has not shown so i made call to flipkart customer care and i have explained what issue i faced and i got the confirmation from them that my paylater account has not debited. I requested then to deactivate my account and change to my mobile number and freeze my flipkart paylater account but they failed to do that and my account was missused due to their not proper response and attentive behaviour. I have voice recording how worsen their response.
