I have a complaint against Vodafone cellular service.
I have been using Vodafone cellular service for more than 7 years.
Last month bill I received was rupees 8000 from Vodafone. Then I contacted Vodafone customer care service centre to know the reason for this bill amount. Then they replayed me that an international roaming charge was added in that bill. Last month ( September 2019 ) i travelled to Bahrain without activating the roaming facility for Vodafone. but from Vodafone mistakenly i got the bill for that international roaming charge.
Then I contacted the customer care executive and complained the issues several times, i have not yet received any proper communication.
