I P.vishweshwar Rao, using jio number since almost 3-4 years.Number was working in active status.On 13/10/2021 number notwork disconnected.Imeediatly i called jio customer care and i am asking my number network was not showing all settings are ok.He asked first 19 digits of the sim card i gave the number next he said that ” the sim number provided by you does not match our system”..and also i sended photo copy of the sim again he said like that only.And also he said Your number was working in active status “I would request you to kindly visit the same store again with the documents and photograph to get the sim card changed”
next day on 14/10/2021 i went to nearest store i get the new sim card within 4 hours sim was activated. suddenly on 23/10/2021 morning when i saw mobile again network was not showing..again i called customer care now at this time he said tis is not jio number tis is vadofene number i am shocked….
here my question is why my working active sim was disconnected first. and how my number was changed from jio to vadafone.
i am not changed jio to vadafone. without my authentication my working active sim was disconnected and changed int to vodafone
i have chat conversation with jiocare..and also i have sim replacement messages.also I have day to day reacharge payments proofs
i will send the proofs
VADAFONE NETWORK ALSO NOT RESPONDING
i am requesting you to plz take immediate action ang give my number again back to me
