Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have ordered Butterfly Rapid Kettle 1.5 Ltr + Eco 750 Ml Water Bottle with order ID OD221691234408642000 on Monday i.e. 3^rd May-21. It was shipped by Ekart Logistics on 04^th May-21 with docket no. FMPP0752458935.

The product still not delivered on referred address but It is very strange to see the status on Flipkart as product delivered on 06^th May-2021 by Kanhiya Sharma. How disgusting is it. It shows the very poor service and false information given by the Flipkart is punishable offense. I am one of the valuable customer of Flipkart but after this experience I hate Flipkart service.

I would like to request you to look into the matter and intervene to resolve this matter.
