Text of Complaint by M Vathsaladevi:

Dear Sir,
I am prime member I am continuously facing issues I prepaid order seller not delivered my order items but update wrongly and denied to refund my amount. As a customer I confirmed I didn’t receive my order items but your backend team closed issues with seller confirmed and denied to refund my money. I did not received my ordered items and my money also denied to refund. I raised complaint many times but customer service person failed to do needful. I am very disappointed please do the needful as soon as possible either deliver my order or refund my money without any delay.
