My Mom is using mobile phone last Feb 26 incoming validity expired, without customer permission auto debited the money of Rs.24 and extend 1 month validity. When i had word at Vodafone customer care, they simply saying like company sent validity expire message and they don’t have authorization to refund the amount of Rs. 24.
My question is, how Illiterate can understand your company message and how can they reply.
Without customer permission, how can you debit the customer money.
I need my money back.
Kindly repose ASAP.
