Dear team,
Plan upgrade without my consent and also given wrong information by customer executive.
My plan upgrade from 99 to 299 plus gst done without my consent.
Once i checked my network connection after one and half month I am unable to connet with internet. Than I called customer executive and said that your setting not correct. After that I checked and change my sim card with other headset than same issue shown.
After that I called once again to customer executive and said that your sim internet connection was off.
So kindly revert why charges for internet services by company and why given wrong information by executive
For the same i wested my 4 hours for active internet services.
please take action and look the matter ….
