I had ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel thinking I will get better network connectivity as you are a leading Mobile network service provider. However, I was deceived by your Airtel store & CC executives, Store managers & Network engineers.
Below is the synopsis of my issue.
I wanted to port my number from Vodafone to Airtel so I visited Airtel store and submitted all the documents and the executive said number will be activated as per the MNP process and accordingly number got activated but only outgoing call services were working, and incoming call service were not available, hence I tried calling customer care but I was unlucky as I was unable to connect customer care, post multiple attempts and trying different options on IVR I was finally able to connect with Customer care team and I requested them to raise the complaint regarding Incoming call issue and the executive said he has raised the complaint and concern team will resolve the issue. However, issue was not resolved and I had reach out to Appellate officer this time and it was an atrocious service provided by the Appellate officer, he did not even bother to listen or address the concern, such a pathetic behaviour from Appellate officer and the call was dropped. I tried calling the Appellate number but not luck, I was not able to connect, then I visited Airtel store to get my incoming call issue fixed, I met the store manager and I explained she raised the issue and got an revert from network team my number has to be permanently deactivated and then it has to be reactivated, for which I denied and I asked them to fix the issue without deactivating the number.However, without my consent the number was deactivated and now they are saying they cannot give me the number. I am shocked and surprised, I came to Airtel thinking of getting a better network, but I do not have the number now. After going through all horrible experiences with Airtel, now they are saying they cannot give my own number. Your employees are deceiving customers with false resolutions and promises.
I kindly request you to get my number 9591786786 reactivated without any delay . I expect a quick response, as satisfying your customers should be your priority. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait for 48 hours before seeking legal assistance. Because issue was raised on 28 Dec 2020 it’s been more than 6 Months
