With due respect to Vodafone company,
Hereby I present my problem. Today, 22th November 2020, a message was sent to my phone stating that they are thankful to me for downloading Startalk from One97. Also, they had charged me rs. 46 . I am completely oblivious about this incident, and also can’t understand why they would charge me of something I didn’t download.
My humble request to the Vodafone company is, please refund the amount of balance I lost without a specific reason.
