I had raised a return request as I had received a different watch than my Armani Exchange watch.
I am talking to the customer support team for the past 7 days and there has been no proceeding from their end. Every time, I call or get a call from them, the customer support team says it will take another 24-48 hours to resolve the case. There is no change in the answer for the past 7 days.
