Text of Complaint by Panendra:

I am a registered user of the online platform 1xBet (Player ID: 412141963). I initiated multiple withdrawals from my account, which were shown as “completed/successful” in the 1xBet system, but the amounts were never credited to my bank account, even after several days.

Despite repeatedly contacting customer support and raising official tickets, the company has closed my complaints without resolving the issue, merely stating “Withdrawal is successful” or “Request processed”, without providing any valid bank transaction proof.

5. Deficiency and Unfair Practices by the Opposite Party

The withdrawals are falsely marked as “successful” without actual transfer of funds.

No valid IMPS/NEFT UTR numbers have been provided for verification with my bank.

Support tickets were closed unilaterally without resolving the issue.

Bank statements submitted by me clearly show no credit received, yet the company continues to deny responsibility.

For IMPS transactions, credits are instant or same day, making delays of 3–4 days unreasonable and unjustified.

The conduct of the opposite party amounts to:

Deficiency in service
Unfair trade practice
Misrepresentation
Financial misconduct

Depending on the payment system load, most withdrawals are credited within 24 hours, but in rare cases, it may take longer (up to 7–14 banking days).

    If the specified time since your approved requests has not yet elapsed, we kindly ask you to wait for the final status. Once the payment system or your bank completes the processing, you will receive a notification in the Transaction History section confirming that the withdrawal is completed.

    If the funds are not credited within 14 banking days, we kindly ask you to resubmit your payment query tickets along with a current bank statement showing all activity from the date of your withdrawal request up to today. We will carefully review the situation and work to resolve the issue promptly.

  2. it does not address the actual problem and only repeats the same generic explanation that has already been shared multiple times.

    This is not a normal withdrawal delay.

    Current Facts

    Multiple withdrawals are already marked as “completed / paid out” in your system

    No funds have been credited to my bank account

    I have already shared bank statements and written bank confirmation showing non-receipt

    Your team continues to provide no sender-side proof of transfer
    Once a withdrawal is marked completed or paid out, asking the customer to “wait 7–14 days” is not a valid explanation.

    You continue to state that the withdrawals are sent / completed, but you have never shared any sender-side proof of transfer.

    I have already provided:

    My bank statement

    Written bank confirmation showing non-receipt

    If the amounts were genuinely transferred from your side, there must be bank-level proof, such as:

    Sender bank debit statement entry

    Payment confirmation / remittance advice

    Settlement confirmation from your payment partner

    Please explain why such proof is not being shared, despite repeated requests.

    Asking me to wait or to resubmit the same documents again does not resolve the issue.

    I request a clear explanation and sender-side proof of transfer, or immediate corrective action.

    Payment confirmation or remittance advice, or

    Settlement confirmation from your payment partner.

    Please clarify why this proof has not been provided, despite repeated requests.

    Continuing to ask me to wait or to resubmit the same documents does not resolve the issue.

    I request a clear explanation along with sender-side proof of transfer, or immediate corrective action.
