Text of Complaint by Shubham Dubey:

I’ve withdrawn ₹9730 indian rupees on 6 January 2023, on 7 January 12 am around I got notification that withdrawal is successful. But today is 19 January and i still haven’t received money in my bank account yet.

I mailed them many times, they asked for bank statements, I’ve sended bank statement to them many time. Like today is 19 & if i mail them they’ll ask for statements till 19 and if i mail them tomorrow they’ll ask for the date 20. Im tired of sending statements daily, never missed day when i didn’t mailed them

Once they said withdrawal is paid off complaint in your bank with that particular reference number. When i complained in bank they said we never received any amount with this reference number.

I again contacted them with official response from bank’s mail screenshot, they again asked for bank statement on 18, I’ve sended them & today they again asked for statement till 19 , again I’ve sended them. This is happening since more than 12 days, I’m tired of asking my own money now. Many users facing this problem not only me. Please provide me my money as soon as possible whether in my bank account or refund in my 1xbet account 359341347 so that I can initiate another withdrawal request .

    1. I’ve already provided bank statement from 5.1.2024 to Today’s date. Getting bank statement with stamped letter is not easy, it’s a betting app too bank will not give anything stamped to betting app. They also have security protocols. But for the proof I’ve sended them my bank statement where no amount of 9730 credit, other deposits and withdrawals are there in the statement. & Also i provided the official email confirmation from my bank. Where they clearly mentioned no amount credited. Their email address have bank’s website on it so it’s official too. You guys just making me fool. Never do this to any middle class man. Im mailing since 6 January, my statement is enough proof to prove that i haven’t received the amount. Now your payment agent should complaint in his bank with my statement not me. It’s the sender who complaints in his bank not receiver. You guys don’t have common knowledge just want to.irritate your user everyday. 0 intentions to solve my problem just provide this provide that. First of all you asked for statement 100s of time, I’ve sended everytime then the reply was specialists are working on it. What happened to those mails then. No response. Im seeing you have 0 intentions to give me money otherwise after seeingy statement you would have immediately initiated refund , customer first & your payment agent second remember that. Otherwise nobody will trust this app.
