Text of Complaint by Manish varu:

The amount was 425 INR today is 19 april.
On the site, it is showing that I have successfully withdrawn the amount. but I haven’t received any money yet.
Since the day before yesterday, I have been continuously in contact with their support. But not satisfied.

They have provided me with ticket id’s:

1:6105141
2:6108531( latest one)

I don’t know if the merchant is trying to scam me, he has sent a screenshot of the transaction. But I haven’t received it yet.
I have attached the screenshot of the transaction, the screenshot provided by the bc game support team and the bank statement for the last 10 days for your reference.
I am so frustrated please refund the amount in game account
