Hi. I am a vodafone customer using the service from back 4 years and more. I have a issue regarding the sim card validity. The vodafone comapy stating me that my sim simĀ validity is expired hence i was having validity untill 2038. I was using a normal service but the company forced me nearly everyday to convert my sim card to 4g so i have followed their instruction and converted my sim card to 4g but now after few days they left me a text contains your sim card validity will be expires and so on, so the issue is at first they forced me to convert from 3g to 4g sim card and now cancelled my 20years validity. i am requesting the CONSUMERCOMPLAINTSCOURT to bring me a justice and requesting by all consumers who were going through this type of networking fraud.
I hope the court has no objections and it will be solved as soon as possible. Thank you.
