I am writing this review out of extreme frustration regarding a substantial withdrawal of ₹49,700 INR that has been stuck since May 9th, 2026. It has been nearly a month, and despite providing every single document and video requested by 1XBET customer support, no resolution has been provided, and my funds have not been credited
1XBET representatives repeatedly claim the withdrawal was “paid out” with a UTR of 612940399451. However, my bank statements and documentation prove this is false.
Proofs I have submitted multiple times:
Bank Statements: Multiple downloaded PDF bank statements showing the transaction history from before the withdrawal date until the current date, clearly proving that the ₹49,700 was never credited.45
Video Proof: A video recorded from a second device (as specifically requested by 1XBET to prove authenticity) showing me logging into my Slice bank account and scrolling through the full transaction history, confirming the non-receipt of the ₹49,700 payment.136
Official Bank Correspondence: Email confirmation from my bank’s official handle stating that the UTR is untraceable and the funds were not detected in my account
Instead of addressing the missing funds, the support team has engaged in continuous delaying tactics
I demand an immediate resolution: either credit the ₹49,700 to my bank account or refund the amount to my gaming ID without further delay or impossible document demands. Your refusal to resolve this, despite overwhelming proof that the funds were never received, feels completely fraudulent.
