Text of Complaint by Ankit Sharma:

I made a withdrawal of INR 200000 on 15th July’2023. The website showed that they transferred the amount.
When i contacted the support team that i did not received the amount, they asked me to wait for it till 21st July. When i didn’t receive the amount on 21st July they asked me the bank statement which i shared.
Today is the 15th day since i made my withdrawal but yet i have not received my amount.
Everyday i am mailing them and chatting with them but they are trying to resolve the issue, have patience and disconnecting the chat. Also they are saying they have no timeframe for this and could not tell when it will be resolved.

Please help me to get my amount disbursed or refund back to my betting ID.
