Text of Complaint by Shubham Dubey:

I am writing regarding a withdrawal of INR 49,700 from my 1xBet account on 9 May 2026 that remains unresolved.

The withdrawal was marked as “Successful” and a UTR number was provided. However, Slice Bank has officially confirmed that the UTR is invalid, untraceable, and does not exist on the NPCI network. The bank advised me to contact the sender’s bank, as no such transaction has reached my account.

My bank details are correct, as I successfully received a withdrawal of INR 35,500 to the same account on 8 May 2026.

Over the past month, I have fully cooperated with your support team and submitted all requested documents, including a 30-day bank statement, a video of my transaction history, and an official email from Slice Bank confirming that the transaction cannot be traced.

Despite this, the INR 49,700 has neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my 1xBet balance. Additionally, customer support has stopped responding to my emails.

I request an immediate manual investigation of this transaction. Please either provide verifiable proof that the transfer was successfully processed or refund the full amount of INR 49,700 to my 1xBet account (ID: 359341347).

I expect a prompt resolution and a written explanation of the action taken.

    According to the response from our managers, the withdrawal amount has already been credited to your account under UTR number: 612940399451. Please contact your bank, quoting this UTR number. If the amount has not been received, please contact us, providing an official letter and your latest bank statement.

  2. This is 40 Days Old case – I have already sent bank statements, stamped official letter from my bank, email from bank, video recording showing transaction history still I have not got my money yet
