I have made a withdrawal that was supposedly approved and processed on 12/23/2023 14:49 GMT+8 but the amount has not been received in the destination bank. Prior to this, 3 withdrawal requests have been rejected by their operators. Their customer service is not responding as well. This has never happened before so I’m very disappointed.
