Text of Complaint by Kavya:

I have created 3 withdrawal request of 1500 on 18 March 2024 on 1xbet it’s a gaming betting app and legal, however one transaction was rejected by the operator and that amount was refunded to my gaming account and 2 was showing successfully credited to my bank meanwhile I’ve checked my bank account so only one transaction of INR 1500 was credited in my bank account.

I have raised my complaint with 1xbet by e-mail as well over the call they asked me to share the bank statement. I have cooperate with them and did all the formalities and thereafter they asked me to wait for 3 hours and said that with-in 3 hours my amount will credited to my bank account. After 3 hours when I again raised my complaint so the 1xbet team said that the amount is initiated from our side and shared the payment utr with me but the UTR was wrong because that UTR was of that amount which I have already received in my bank account when I told this thing to them from that time they are just saying that the amount is transferred to my bank account however I have shared my bank statement thrice with their team but from March 19 they were not helping me out. They were simply saying that we can’t do anything you have to wait or else forgot your amount. I am attaching all the screenshots of our conversation. I had a word with Mrs meena, Mr Ankush and Mr Aman over the call they are the customer executive at 1xbet. Please take a strict actions against this app because first they initiate the withdrawal amount to make faith on customers and after sometime tge just start doing fraud with the customers
