I had requested a withdrawal of 5000 on 12/09/2022 at 08:55:57 AM and the mode was IMPS it was said to me the amount will be credited within 72 hours I waited, but i didn’t receive I didn’t receive. I contacted support a lady name Farhana said it will take up to 5 business days where as Friday was the 5th day but still didnt receive the amount. I finally contacted today and person named Wahidul said it will be credited to my bank account by 19/09/2022. Please try to understand im in need of money very urgently please make it by 19/09/2022 thanks.
