i ordered shoes from amazon, i got a call from a person considering him a delivery boy and asked for pin code confirmation. i confirmed and then pin code of my actual location was different so it asked to confirm that pin code and to change the location tell the otp received, i told him the otp and within 15 minutes 40000 rs from my bank got deducted. the guy knew everything about my delivery and even its exact price, i need refund and compensation for the beach of my data from the amazon platform
