I have purchased wipro 10a smart plug from amazon and this plug not working after 6days . I have done complaint regarding this in wipro consumer lighting care they told we solving this isdue through software and within 3 days will be solve ,but i wait for 10 days after that i call to wipro care for this and they take my complaint and told me within 5 days our technical team called u ,but no any called me yet ,i called two times but same telling to me . So please help me .
