Applied for loan and they approved for 2000 rupees then deposited 1150 rupees in my account without signing the agreement. They harassing me to repay 2000 though i repaid. Pl take action on these fake apps.

I GOT A MESSAGE IN MY PHONE STATING THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR 50000 RUPEES LOAN.THE MESSAGE WAS FROM WINTER LOAN.I JUST ENQUIRED AND THEY APPROVED 2000 FOR 6 DAYS AND FROM THAT 850 RUPEES THEY WILL TAKE AS SERVICE CHARGE. SINCE THE AMOUNT WAS ENOUGH FOR NOTHING AND THE TIME PERIOD WAS TOO SHORT FOR REPAYMENT AND THEIR SERVICE CHARGE WAS TOO HIGH…I DID NOT SIGN THE AGGREEMENT…AND I DID NOT SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FOR FINAL. BUT THEY DEPOSITED 1150 RUPEES IN TO MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT . NOW THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY BACK 2000 RUPEES .THEY USE VERY BAD WORDS. THIS IS A FRAUD SITE. CYBER CELL AND CONSUMER CORT PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THEM. I AM SHARING SOME NUMBERS FROM WHICH THEY CALL AND WHATSAAP ME

As same from winter loan I got a message from. Winter loan you are eligible for loan 50000.just I enquire winterloan collected all my documents than without my knowledge . and message come loan deposit i your account Rs 1150 and Repay after 6 days 2000.so I try to contact through website winter loan customer care.i got a number 9572764745 I call and I inform about and I tell I don’t want loan he tell ok return amount Rs 1150+ 151 I return on same day same time he send UPID vikash 9572764745@paytm I return through my phonepe account.after 4 days from yesterday calling through different mobile number and harrassing pay Rs 2000.now otherwise I contact to your contact list like harrassment started and also send my family photos and contact numbers through another whatsapp.than I tell ok you give your manager mobile number I contact after verification I ready to pay he gave wrong numbers.so if is genuine winter loan take your payment through my bank I already submit my bank account details.only messages harrassing pay through UPI how to trust first of all cheated day night harrassing what can I do can’t understand so pls take action and ban like this fake loan app in Android mobile .
