I had joined a contest on 14 august but it showed technical error and no contest showed joined but later i saw 1000 rs debited 5 times contineously so i thought that my contest has been joined, then i saw that MPL mobile premier league didi not given me any winning amount as very few poeple joined that contest and as per that time’s policy if winner are 500 in 1000 places and if only 200 contestents joined the game then mpl gives winning amount to all 200 contestents, but no amount was credited to my mpl account even refund was not done, aso i mailed help@mplgaming.com fir the refund. But they assured me for the issue to be resolved on ASAP basis.
But no amount reflected in my account,
Then i mailed again but they did nothing.
2 days back i called on mpl contact no, the executive gave me ticket bo by promising to resolve issue in one day. Now no one is picking call there and not responding my emails.
Thease guys are doing online frauds.
I want winning amount this time,coz they are looting public money by wrong means, even i reqested to refund my debited amount but no progress were made.
I request you to please do the needful to shut this company down named GALACTUS FUNWARE TECHINOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.and promoter should be jailed for makking online frauds.
