Beware of Winmatch.com’s deceitful practices!

I recently joined Winmatch.com casino and made an initial deposit of INR 5000 on 6th April 2024. During my gameplay, I managed to win a total of INR 6895.

However, my withdrawal request has not been processed, and despite numerous attempts to contact their customer support, I have been continuously told to wait for 5 to 7 working days due to extended verification procedures. Shockingly, it has been 85 days, and I am yet to receive my rightful winnings.

Over the past 10 days, I’ve made persistent follow-ups with their customer care, only to be given the same response of waiting for another 5 to 7 days every time I call. This delay tactic has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering the substantial deposit I made in good faith.

Moreover, they have not only blocked my gaming ID but also restricted communication channels like WhatsApp, hindering my attempts to seek clarification or resol.
