My broadband WiFi is not working since last 20 days. I complained lots of time to customer care, but they said there is technical issue at your place, I can understand for your technical issue, but its been 20 days, no one give proper answer, when this issue will resolve. And if there is technical issue, how can new connection will work behind my street, yes yesterday gtpl workers come and pur new WiFi connection, so how can it work, and even after 20 days my complaint is not even acceptable, this is full waste of money, i give all money for good service, but they not provide service, my works are delayed. And facing many problems,
