Text of Complaint by Jigargiri Goswami:

I am waisting my time since 20th Sep for KYC. I have transferred money to my paytm wallet and got transferred very nicely but when i wanted to pay it to one vendor it ask for update kyc. In search of kyc updation roam around 3 to 4 bendors. Initially i went to vendor as sughested by paytm but there didnt able to link adhar. Secondly when connected online from that day till now daily it is asking for submission of docs. Now continously submitting docs for last 4 days still problem didnt got resolved.

 

Almoat from the dauy 20 sep i am running behind my money which have been taken by paytm in his wallet. I have waste lots of time and money running behind this.

Dint know finally when i will get my money back.
