Sir/Mam,
My self Mohit Singh Rathore . I am your flipkart Plus member from past 3 to 4 years from different-different account .
I have a big problem facing from your Courier Partner ( Ekart Logistics ) that they did not delivery parcel to my address i have to go to your Ekart Office to collect my parcel which is 25KM far from my Delivery address. My address and your ekart office address both has same PIncode(335501) but why they didn’t deliver parcel to my home address.
Your Competitor ( Amazon ) delivers all my parcel to my home address.
As i’m your valuable customer and i have say that your company is losing customer from this major mistake. As i also switch to Amazon from last 2 Months.
If you didn’t want loose your old customers than please provide delivery on all pincode .
