Text of Complaint by PRITHWISH HORE:

Hi,
My wife Mrs. DEBJANI HORE,  who has a Vodafone prepaid number.  Mobile no. is 8768711985.
She recharged the SIM on 28th of August,  2018 of INR 399/-( THREE HUNDRED AND NINTY NINE ONLY ). As per plan , validity is for 88 days and per day 1.4 GB , with unlimited calls.
Though on  November 6th , 2018 , sms sent from VODAFONE that Internet pack is expired and from that onwards Internet & outgoing calls is totally stop.
How its possible? ?
