Im Nagaraj from udumalpet Tiruppur district Tamilnadu

Im very disappointed your service. Past 15. Years im using your network without port

Issue faced : network is not available in my phone so went nearest airtel shop @ 9.30am shop not opened yet

Again I went to shop @10.30am.shop person wait for 30 min I have work

Third I went to [email protected] she said technical person on leave you need to wait for 10 days.im asked why?

One more interpret.asked my mobile he checked some settings ..you need to change your sim . please pay 150 rs for new sim

My doubt why airtel show not give respect to customer.
Why 150rs required

Suppose you will not consider my mail.fine for me

After 74 days I will plan to move sum other network
