This is just not acceptable that when I bought the Airtel SIM, I was offered lifetime incoming free. And now they say it is no more available. And it is outrageous that they also stopped the incoming.
This is clear case of cheating the customers. They should keep their word.
May be the changes in plan can be applied to new customers. But the old customers should not be cheated this way.
Airtel sure would loose customers though it does not matter to them.
Very disappointing.
