I am having issues with airtel recharge system. Whenever I try to recharge, they deduct my balance but the transaction always fails. I was not able to recharge for 5-6 days, I tried reaching out airtel through facebook and twitter. I got reply from them but all those copy paste reply was of no help. Finally, i could manage to recharge.
All those time i had tried recharging 6 times, out of which 5 times it failed. In all the facebook , twitter and messenger they said that i will be getting my refund with in 7-10 days, but its been 16 days i havent got it back yet. Today, i agained messeged them but they say that it will again take 7-10 days.
