I purchased a refrigerator from Whirlpool 2 years ago…. Suddenly the refrigerator not working and raised a service request in Whirlpool… After registering service request no technician from whirlpool visit a long time… After reaching them many times finally the technician from Whirlpool came my house they check my refrigerator and told the PCB board is defective….they take 400 Rs from me and told that they will come after 7 days and they give me a pcb board 3500 Rs…and they told that 400 Rs will be deducted from 3500 rs so my final price is 3100… But it already 15 days passed no technician visit and when I try to reach them anytime they don’t accept my call and cut my call also there takes 400 rupees from me…..
