I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from Reliance digital, Gorakhpur store in month of Oct, and start using after 3-4 months but in starting the lower portion of refrigerator is not working properly the cooling was not good. Then lockdown takes place. From June I made several complaints and 3-4 time the technician came and check but didn’t find the solution. And assure me that the team will contact you. From June till now I am suffering with the same problem and didn’t get any resolution from Reliance digital. Please help me.
