I bought whirlpool refrigerator 440 liter double door @RS. 48000 Approx as on 22 august, 2022, from Ankur electronics Noida sector 18. But the fridge is defective piece as confirmed by your technician. (Bill attached)

After technician visit your team confirmed that fridge need to be replaced and they will replace the fridge and provide the fresh piece. But after continuous follow-up & after 20 days they confirmed that they have same model is not available. So, they will provide the refund for the fridge.

All detail given to service centre like cancel check, Bank account details etc after ask me to submit.

Now at 45 day later I have no confirmation regarding the refund. Only they are saying fund initiated and under process.

Sir me and my family suffer lot without fridge in our home. Hope you can imagine the life without basic necessity of having fridge in Delhi-NCR.

Due to lac of support from the whirlpool today I am compelled to write mail to you.

This kind of behaviour I was not expecting from the whirlpool, which we believe in we are in whirlpool family.

It is requested that kindly take necessary action and help me to resolve the issue eighter replace or refund the amount so that we can buy another fridge.

Me and my family suffered a lot without fridge. It is my humble request you to please take a serious action to resolve the issue.
