Sanjeev this side from prayagraj i had purchased a refrigerator on 28 Feb 2021 with model no. WHIRLPOOL REF . FF (PROTTON) IFRO BM INV 340 ELT+OMEGA S 2137901204418862 it cost me around 40 and after using for 1 month its getting worst problems like no cooling and no defrost. But my main problem is with the brand whirlpool which doesn’t gave me any solution and repair my refrigerator, my fridge is under warranty period and i have asked them several time to fix this problem but everytime a engineer came and change something is the refrigerator like fan or pcb but fridge is still not cooling and working properly now its 5th time i have complaint in whirpool customer care but there is no response and now i just want a refund i have just invested my 40k bucks in a garbage brand i.e whirpool
