Text of Complaint by Amit Singh:

We have purchased whirlpool AC online from Flipkart invoice date-7th May 2023 Invoice no-FADJ012400037421, Order Id-OD428013949043958100.
Since the installation slot given was given 1 week after order date but we needed to install same day due to some personal reason so we got it installed from our own. Now after working fine for 3 months suddenly AC stopped working and when we complaint to whirlpool service centre -Request Number KOL27072375654 and on visit service man and call centre people refused to repair the PCV and told us that NO warranty will be applicable since we had installed it from own and not from company.
Now I am complaining against whirlpool for such fraud,misguidance,harrassament for not informing us at the time of purchase..I have no information on mail, document,message,or any call record of whirlpool rules and guidelines wherein its mentioned that if I install the AC from own then WARRANTY will be withdrawn.
Need justice so please help us take this forward and take our complaint against the company for hiding the facts , charging and harassing the consumer.
